We are a small hobby breeder of chinchillas in The Netherlands. Browse this site to see our chinchillas and their babies and find information about books, papers, genetics and other topics. We breed chinchillas at a small scale, but have babies for sale regularly.
We are located in Utrecht, The Netherlands and have kept chinchillas as a hobby for >20 years. We breed with them since 2001, but at very small scale. The chinchillas are housed in large cages and are frequently let out in a ‘play’-area.
Our breeding animals are all from very good breeders and lines. They have been selected for quality in color, fur and bodyshape, but also for character. The babies get enough attention from birth to trust people and be suitable for both breeding and pet animals.
Over the years we have bred many colors and currently focus mainly on ebony combinations, afro- and german violets, sapphires, and blue diamond and BD-carriers.
